In groups of one to three you are to create a Living Museum for the Year 7 iHUM exhibition. The exhibition will be held in the hall on April 1st.
Students are encouraged to think about the following questions:

Your installation must highlight the long story of a person or historical figure from Australia.

Phase One
Hunt and Gather
You need to hunt and gather as much information about your chosen story as possible. Start with the internet. Other sources of information:
- Library
- Word of Mouth
- Documentaries
- Artworks
- Films
- Photographs
- Newspaper articles
- Interview
Your mission is to hunt and gather as much information about your chosen story as humanly possible! You need to gather your information using a brainstorm on an A3 piece of paper. You may want to create interview questions that you are going to use to ask people about your story.
Phase Two
Design
You now have gathered as much information as you can.
How are you going to visually display your story?
What objects do you need?
You need to illustrate at least 3 designs. You should pick the best one and then think about what you need to create that design.
You will need to incorporate your story somehow into your design
Options:
- Narrative to accompany you design
- Information ON your design
- Poster to accompany your design
- Feature article to accompany your design
- Any other forms of writing to accompany your design
